Dancing through the Winter

Time to make the Christmas cookies!

We went to Aunt Virginia's house to help make the cookies this year!

It was a full team effort.

Doing our part!

The Park Slope Civic Council, had their  annual Fall beautification event and this year we were finally big enough to really help out!

We opted to pick up litter, because it came with cool toys (woops! umm, equipment) to help pick up that yucky litter.

Incredibly, we filled an entire big black garbage bag in about 1 hour!

Come fellow Brooklynites, just throw your garbage in a garbage can!

Back to school!

Another great year begins at P.S. 39!
Jack is in Kindergarten.
Eli is in 1st Grade.
And everyone is excited!!

Eli looses his first tooth!

It's been loose for a while, but it finally came out!
It's neighboring tooth is VERY loose too.
It looks like the tooth fairy is going to be busy around here ;-)

Father's Day!

I was allowed to sleep in and was awoken with dancing and music and gifts!
Here are the gifts Eli and Jack made for me.

He left this note outside of the bathroom for his Mom to discover when she came out of the shower in the morning. :-(

Eli's Cooking Show Project

Eli had a few options for a school project for Kindergarten.
He chose to make a cooking show.
The food he wanted to make in the show was rocket ship sugar cookies.

Kids are growing up fast these days.

A surprise concert (superhero concert, that is)

During a playdate a Mom and I were in the kitchen and the kids told us to wait there and come into the living room when they said we could. We waited, they called us and this is what we found... A surprise superhero concert!
