First weekend on Shelter... the beach is great early in the season!


On the way to the ferry we just had to stop for a sunset dinner on the beach.

Jack and Eli just crack each other up sometimes and we love it when that happens. This night they just couldn't stop and we were lucky enough to catch some of it to share. We even caught one of Eli's first kisses.

Jack Eats Food!

Jack is now eating rice cereal. He looks at us so longingly as we chew on "real" food and you know he just can't wait. Well, the wait is finally over, and Jack is on his way to joining us at the dinner table!

Jack Disappears!

Eli thought is was hilarious to have Jack covered with a blanket and have him "disappear". Lisa ran in with a camera and did a great job capturing this sweet little moment.

this video... Eli was so excited that he was allowed

to run around outside, in the snow, in his PJ's!

After watching Jasper play one afternoon

visit, Eli just HAS TO play the Wii Baseball

video game. He does a pretty good job

considering he's not even 2 and he has a

lot fun doing it.

Both boys are a little sick, so they just passed out in the stroller on the way home with Dyker yesterday. She called up for help bringing their limp little bodies up the 3 flights.

Snow Walk #1

Eli and I just had to get out of the house today.

It was slow going over the slushy snow, but

we persevered and made it to the store to

buy some much needed bread.

Update: More snow today! We'll try to get out

for some more hiking.
